• If the participant withdraws from the race he/she will not be refunded the entry fee.
• The withdrawer may, however, substitute their entry. The closing date for substitutions is 1st April 2024.
• The organizers will no longer do substitutions or name changes during collection week.
• 42.2KM- The minimum age requirement is that the athlete must be 20 years or older on 28 April 2024.
• 21.1 KM The minimum age requirement is that the athlete must be 18 years or older on 28 April 2024
• 10KM – The minimum age requirement is that the athlete must be 15 years or older on 28 April 2024.

I declare all information supplied by me is true and correct. I am in good health, physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this endurance event. I agree to comply with the rules, conditions and regulations for this event, which include the payment of the entry. I here by release and discharge the organizers of the KK Day Centenary Marathon, 21 km, 10km and 5km fun run, sponsors, volunteer groups, medical personnel, and all local authorities from any loss or damage, however caused arising from my participation in the event, including pre and post race activities. This waiver applies to my executors, heirs, administrators, assigns and myself. I also grant my permission, to use my name, race information, photographs, video tapes, broadcasts and telecasts in which I may appear free of charge and to supply the information to sponsors of the KK Day Centenary Marathon, 21km, 10km and 5km fun run. This race is run under the rules and auspices of IAAF, ZA. Foreign athletes should note IAAF rule 4 which requires them to obtain written approval (permit) from their own federation to compete in a foreign country.
